What if all there is is this?

Available for pre-order on the Theatr Cynefin website is the book I am currently writing. It's been a long wait for many CoArts practitioners and I can only apologise for how long this has taken.

Truth is, not all the pieces of the jigsaw fitted until recently. The approach and practice of Context Oriented Arts that I have been developing for the last 15 years are well-rehearsed and proven effective in all instances in which I have been involved. But the integration aspect - how can the consciousness to which CoArts gives us manifest in material changes in society, has only become apparent to me in the last three or four years.

Ideas such as 'reciprocal wellbeing', 'rheiocracy' and 'parallel infrastructures' have been coming into clarity just as the need for their implementation becomes more and more urgent. I would have liked to have tested the integration ideas before writing the book, and have spent countless work hours applying unsuccessfully for funding to do so. But I've come to the conclusion that sharing the ideas in the hope that future change-makers will be inspired to apply them is what is now important.

So the book is an introduction to Context Oriented Arts (CoArts) and can be used as a manual or handbook. It's also the setting out of a new story of humanity: a story that emerges from the practice of CoArts which discloses a new paradigm of interconnectedness which renders previous stories redundant.
