Different ways to experience CoArts

  • Workshops

    Combining Mindfulness and Applied Theatre these day or half day workshops are tailored to the needs of the community or group…the people in the room. But they all have the intention of inviting us to fall awake to this miracle of being alive.

  • Training

    This is a more involved endeavour that is in three parts. The first is a three day introduction to CoArts, the second is a 14 day Sensory Labyrinth Theatre production and the third is an internship programme. You can find more about this from the Turning Point Prospectus.

  • Online Guidence

    An online mindfulness course is available to all who do the three day introduction to CoArts. This helps establish a mindfulness practice from the three day experience. There are also weekly drop in sessions at 10:00AM BST every Thursday for those curious to learn more. Access here.
